Alright...here we go.
Three others and I are going to rent an apartment starting this summer. However, two of these guys will not be here in the summer, and need two other people to take their place for the summer months, starting June 11th. That means you would have to leave once the UCSD Fall quarter began. You won't have to sign anything, so it will ensure that we can kick you out once the other two guys come back (but rest assured they won't come back before the quarter begins). Aheh...
There are, of course, two slots available. I anticipate that these two people will have to share a room. The rent will likely be $400-500/month per person, or ~$800/month if only one guy wants the whole bedroom to himself. There's going to be two bathrooms in the apartment so we should all have enough room. The apartment is likely to be within 1 mile of the campus. I am not sure of the parking situation, however, as me and the other guy who will be there are bringing cars.
