have any of you guys done a fender eliminator kit for the 250 ninja? its obvious what to do with the turn signals, but im not sure if i should just dremel the plastic underneath the rear seat. ive seen some kits for sale, but im not payin 100 for something i could do with a dremel.

Depends what you want it to look like. But yeah, i'v seen a couple where they just dremeled the fender off. Btw, where you the guy whose 250 wouldn't start even tough it was new? Did you figure out what was wrong?

here yah go click (http://www.competitionwerkes.com/Catalog/kawasaki_ex250_915117.htm)

Theres a guy online that totally redid his ninja to make it similar to the other kawi bikes. He dubbed it the zx-250r or something like that.

ya yura i have the 250, i couldn't figure it out on my own so i sent it back to the shop, they've had it for the past week and just worked on it yesterday supposedly. so we'll see if they actually did anything.
as for the fender with sheet metal, it would look alot cleaner if it was just a solid piece of metal underneath, but if i get rid of the plastic underneath, i lose the clean storage spaces under the seat. on the 250, atleast im pretty sure that the plastic makes up the underseat area. i brought the dremel down when i went home, so i guess its just up to cuttin the ***** when i get it back
