View Full Version : Were to buy inexpensive boots.
Whats up everyone, I was looking to get a new pair of "race" boots without giving away my arm and leg for them. Thanks

Sales on A Stars here btw (http://www.kneedraggers.com)
For all your Sidi Boot needs (http://www.metricbikes.com/MBSS/store/html/SIDI.htm)
Does $234 sound good for Alpinestars S-MX PLUS Racing Boots.

Personally, I would (and am probably going to) go with the Sidi boots on the other site. Vertebra 2 is a sweet boot and it's cheaper.

i like em. infact i tried on the Sidi boots and didn't like the feel. i went with the Alpinestar SMX Plus boots and I love em! for me money was no object what so ever. I bought the boots that I felt were the BEST for the money and AlpinStar fit the bill. Sidi rock though and they Look much nicer IMO but the alps rock babee.

I hear Oxtars are pretty good too.

Randizzle has oxtars and they're pretty sweet. I would try on the a stars at cycle gear and the sidis at house of motorcycles and see what you like best. then I would scour ebay and such. Those prices in my opinion are NOT GOOD!
you can find better out there.

Bottom line is that they are both excellent boots. Try them both on and walk around in them. Go with whatever you feel is more comfortable and a better value for the money. Oxtar look like nice boots also, but I haven't seen too many of those around.
I bought the Spidi boot last night, thanks for the INFO
