Wanted - Programmer

Yeah...this is a non-motorcycle job... but I thought I'd give you guys first crack:

Looking for a programmer who's proficient in Java, Pearl, SQL and Orcale databases.
Web Server and/or UNIX Admin skills a plus.
PHP and JavaScript skills also a plus.

How much does a programmer make now-a-days? Are they balling like you were as they can do a R1 front end conversion, buy a house, get married, and surf the internet! ;)
