More people need to see pics like those. 'Tis the no gear season for some. I used to look at people riding with no gear and want to try and "correct" their thinking, but I now realize it's almost pointless to talk to most riders. I like my skin just the way it is, and I let squids be squids.
what?!

so you ride in your undies? haha!
so i guess my gauntlets = good. i shouldn't be wearing my caterpillar boots to ride. and get full leathers. time to go shopping...

Hahaha...I like that.
But yeah...I'm definitely working on it to get my gear....going to be broke as heck...but better to re-earn money than to grow back skin.

josh, i completely agree, for some reason it was more interesting to look at the wound than worry about wearing gear. in addition to wearing gear y'all, you got to know how to operate the bike too! even if you got gear, you can still hurt yourself something fierce if you dont know what you are doing.
Cheryl and I could have been any of those people years ago when we were hit by a car in hawaii on the freeway. The most difficult thing i have been thru is watching her cry each night as i would help to bathe her. Then it was my turn. PLEASE buy and wear your gear. Its just not worth it..
