Sportbikerentals.com... Don't use em

I have been pondering a while to even write this message, but I am at the point of wanting all of you to know what is going on.

Way back in November I was contacted by Santiago of Sportbikerental to do a photo shoot. I was more than happy to do so. All went OK after a change in location in route. We got some really nice pics and I put all the pics I got on a CD and hand delivered it to one of his employees who I will not name, he can if he wants to.

I have yet to recieve payment for this. I have talked on the phone and sent many an e-mail. I even recieved one saying a check was in the mail two weeks ago. He even had the nerve to set up another shoot at Palomar and tell me he would pay me then for both, he no-showed me and never returned a phone call.

I spent half a day on a wednesday to do this photo shoot. I could have done some thing else to make some cash.

To you Santiago, I hold nothing against you personally. Your business practices are a whole nother story. Good luck trying to run your biz like a Gov't agency. Get a clue or ??

Kent, One salvaging factor - if they practice business in this manner - they won't be in business for long.

From what I have observed you are responsible and respected by this community. They obviously aren't responsible and won't be respected.

What comes around goes around. Keep taking those great pixs.

Thanks for the heads up, spread the word and it will make a difference. I have done business with you Ken and have always been not just satisfied, but happy. If only he could take his cue from you.

Thanks guys, its funny another post of mine on the SCS board on this subject got locked because "it's a personal matter" ummmm, I'm glad you all don't do that.

I just felt the need to let every one know about what been going on.

Ride safe and maybe I'll see who ever at Palomar Tomorrow.

Here's a response (http://www.socalsvriders.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=94321#post94321) to Kent's situation that I found on another board. I'm not taking sides on this. Just wanted to let our members know that the other party responded to Kent.
