Dang, howd u get pics with them! I didn't c any motogp racers back in the paddockThat was during an autograph session. OnoGsxr is the lucky one! He snuck into the paddocks and got pics with Gibernau, Xaus, Checa (or was it Barros?), Melandri, and a couple others, I think.

Sorry I don't have any pics with the chicks -- I was too in awe that MotoGP was in town. Well, that and lack of sleep. The whole back-story is that I wasn't planning on going. Then OnoGsxr called me up between T4 and T5 during GP FP1. So, I said, Screw the budget! and put out some feelers to buy wayward tickets. One of them hit (which I was surprised since it was already Friday afternoon), and I headed out at midnight. I didn't sleep at all Friday-Saturday. Saturday I slept for a few hours, then got up early to walk around on Sunday. Unfortunately, I got to T8 a bit late and was relegated to the second tier... where everyone was yelling at passer-by's, Sit the **** down!. Doesn't matter, though -- I got to see Edwards pass on Rossi.

I got a few people in my section to start cheering for Hopper and Roberts. Though nobody really followed Xaus -- he was all alone in his spot. :( As he says, he'll always have his WSBK win in 2003.

I was there all weekend, and hung around the buymoto tent a few times (thanks for the sunscreen!!). My Uncle actually had three bikes in the Ducati display, and I hung around over there most of the time. I'm still gettin to know you all....sorry I was a bit elusive. :rolleyes:

What camera are you using?

Roda's EOS-20D with a Tamron 75-300mm lens. My 35mm film camera has been dead for almost two years. I kneed....I kneed.....

He was WAAAY cool to let me borrow it. If I would have know more than just how to turn it on, these might have turned out even better. Too many bells and whistles for not using the manual.

Maybe he'll let me borrow it for our track day September 2nd......I'll shoot you guys!
