Can't guarantee anything, but I followed the same principles as this guide and the last three times I've been pulled over for speeding, I've been let off w/ a warning:

very helpful. Another good source of information is looking for the 45 min long "flex your rights" video. It should be posted on youtube.com

i've used ticketassassin for 3 tickets (2 basic speed law violations and 1 red light ticket), for both of the speeding, i was foudn guilty but was allowed to take traffic school (even though the time between taking it wasnt fulfilled) so, i paid full price for the tickets, but saved the hit on insurance.

Good ol' ticketassasin. I have also used ticketbusters before finding the ticketassasin they do all the work but for $100.

+1 for ticketassassin
me and 2 other chick friends got tickets like on the same month. i told them about ticketassassin, so we sent in those letters and whatnot. few months later, both my friends won and i didn't. but they were forever indebted to me, so thats cool. :rasta:
anyway, a 66% success rate's not bad if u think about it.

HA HA. Wassup Millan, you lurker.
If you try to bring up Vehicle Codes, doesn't it make you look like you're trying to be a smartass (which might piss off the officer)?

depends on your attitude and the amount of respect you have for the officer and yourself.

You have a right to remain silent, use it! Most guys do themselves more harm than good.
