It seriously does borrow alot of sytling elements from other bikes, but that is not to say that it came out bad, the finished product is put together quite nicely.

The red and white is a pull from the original 98 r1 in red and white. Same scheme with white up top and tail and red seat. My buddy had one and I used to drool on that bike. That is when I first started riding /stunting with Orlando squids. I used to look for used 98 r1's in that red and white but they are hard to find clean.

No one is sure if these will be the new r6 or not. In a few weeks when the unviel the R1/r6 we will find out for sure. They are saying the R1 will be the same but just customizeable with ohlins shocks and etc. which sounds fishy. I wouldnt believe it until its officially announced. If this is the R6 then it ****in rocks but dont get your hopes up, just wait to the offical word from Yamaha.
