"Please be sure to sign your "Buckley waiver" on the cover sheet. (If you are infamiliar with this UCSD regulation, just print "Buckley waiver" and sign your name.)"

That's part of the e-mail I received from my Prof. but I don't know what a Buckley waiver is or where I can d/l one to print out. Is it basically the same thing on the back of the blue book that you fill out so they can publically show your grade?

Hmm, if that's the only way to get a buckley waiver, that sucks. I'm not about to cut a page out of a blue book to use as a cover sheet. Them baby's cost money, can't just be wasting them like that.
