Looks like they changed the instrument cluster on the ZX-6R, I think its much better than the old circular tach.

Yea I was surprised they didn't do that guage for 05 because everyone *****ed about the lame digital tach in 03-04.

Gawd I hope so... those things are TERRIBLE... They are totally useless... you have to basically study the thing to figure out what RPM you're at.

I do like the digital speedo though... Suzuki and Yamaha got it down

yah im hoping so too. i hate the speedo/tach on mine. worst part is after the crash i had to get a new one. too bad they didnt come out with these when i was shopping for new parts. i woulda told the shop to just get the analog cluster instead.

Ummmm, that gauge cluster is on the ZZR, not the 6r. In fact, it's the same cluster that was on the '00-'02 zx6r and '00-'03 zx9r.

And to prove it, look at the red line. 14.5k.
