What do you say to a ladies ride? I only see three of us now but I bet we could scrounge up more. It could be fun!

I was in San Jose once visiting my ex-girlfriend. We went to a car show back in 2002 or 2001. This group of girl riders came up to the car show 14 of them rolling deep!!! That was crazy!!!
F***ing SEXY!!

Despite where it's derived from, Easy Co. being part of the 101st Airborner Division, we don't drop you out of Airplanes in mass exit over the hills of Normandy.

We usually save that for your second ride. We rent a large plane and parachute on our bikes onto Palomar.

actaully you mean Telegraph..its closer to the runway:-p

Easy Company (I believe) was one of the most decorated units during WWII (First goes to the 442 consisting soley of Asian Americans Mostly those who were interned)
that lead the charge before D-Day...they were tasked with destroying German artillery that would make invasion difficult.......but enoughof the history lesson....

Yes EASY COMPANY is a ride tailored to newer riders....nice moderate pace and roads......

Are you guys (and gals) going out for a ride this weekend? I might be able to get off work and I haven't gone on a ride in (literally) FOREVER!
(and for the pole, I'm a girl, I ride)
In fact I just dumped my bike (no worries I wasn't going very fast) but does anyone know how to check if I screwed it up any? It feels a little off around corners but I think it might just be my nerves.

Glad you're OK. Most likely it is just your nerves, I'm still going through it after crashing myself. You should take it up to bike night (Mira Mesa or Souf side). Most anybody there would be glad to look your bike over real quick. :)

I sure hope your right (about the nerves). I ask this all the time, but when is bike night again?

Thursday nights.

But in the chance that is your bike, maybe you might wanna have someone run a quick look over it before you go on the long Easy Co. ride.

Yeah I know I should. When on Thursday and how do you get there?

Hop into the club events section and look for the posts about bike night. There are two bike nights..one in Mira Mesa and one In Eastlake (Chula Vista)

I ride. I don't know how hard I'd want to ride in a large pack, but at least cruising. Let's get the girls and go. Who's comfortable leading? And what kind of a route?
