Hey guys... Earlier this year in spring I tried to get together a newb ride for a slow to moderate pace at telegraph, but whoa and behold, i didnt take my own advice and crashed the weekend before at azusa canyons.... lol, anyways, i was wondering if anyone would like to ride out at telegraph on oct 22, a saturday or another day if someone wants to change just to meet some new people and just ride. All levels welcomed, I just want a safe get together and ride with some hc ppl because i havent and i have been lazy and blah blah blah...

Nice... it looks like we're gonna have a sizable pack. Alright so for all you Mira Mesa riders, how abouts meeting at the Chevron station right at the corner of Mira Mesa and Camino Santa Fe. Let's say 8:45 (or 8:30 if you need to gas up)? From there we can introduce ourselves and have plenty of time to be at the Shell station at Telegraph by 9:30. It seems like the best place to meet since we need to go to the 805 anyways, and of course... Chevron's got the best gas!
My #'s 858 717 7702 in case anybody gets lost or you need us to wait up for a few mins... also don't hesitate to call if you're down for a night/weekend ride.

uh, looks like i might not make it. I'm having problems with my shifter and went to get it checked out today - Might even be a tranny problem. Taking it to the shop on Thursday, if its just the shifter mechanism/spring, then it'll be fixed in a hour or so. If its the transmission, oh man.....i'm broke. I'll keep u guys posted

hehe, yea, all riders of all skill levels are welcomed... mira mesa riders meet at chevron on mira mesa closest to the 805 at 8:30-9ish, utc welcomed to make a detour and fill up brakstad.... hehe

Great ride today ladies and gents. Thanks for the excellent leadership from Chuck and Bengt. I hate leading group rides b/c I'm never sure if the pace is too slow or too fast. I hope everyone had a fun today. Nice meeting some new riders as well.
