Well, this guy probably was passed up by a fellow rider, got pissed off, and when that rider pulled over before going into Julian(coming from banner) he swerved to hit him. He tried to make him pull over and get his info , but he was just being a f*cking white trash hick....excuse the language, but man is this guy a prick...
