Dissident

On my way home from work (on Camino Del Norte). Short version:
3 lanes, left two are blocked, so I'm cruising down the curb lane. At a decent speed. The thought crossed my mind that I'd better look out for someone turning into the parking lot and turning left right in front of me. So, I grab some brakes, and sure enough, there's a stupid red Camero turning left in front of me. Had I not already been slowing down... At best, it would have hurt. The worst case scenario is pretty obvious. And, to add insult to (near) injury, the ****er in the car behind her violates my right of way, too, and crosses over.
Not 2 blocks past that was a 4 or 5 car accident, too.
Pretty vivid reminder to pay attention and pick and choose where to haul and where to slow down...
