newbie ride sunday 11/20

me and a few co-workers will be leading a newbie ride for a couple of our students who just bought bikes....it will be a slow pace ride just to help them with their technique and get them familiar with the roads around here...we will be meeting up around 9ish( we all know how that goes) at the telemobile and heading out through telegraph and probably ending around old julien depending on how everybody feels we may go longer...all newbies are welcome to join. post up if interested:cheers:

If I am not mistaken, I know of one group that meets every Sunday around 9 at TeleMobil. Perhaps, meet at ELBN location/Jamba Juice just to avoid any confusion?

okay just so there is no confusion here are the specifics for tomorrows ride:

MEETING PLACE: TELE MOBILE (AT THE CORNER OF EASTLAKE PARKWY AND OTAY LAKES RD

TIME: 0900.

LEAVING: 0930-1000.

ROUTE: TBD

DURATION: BE BACK IN TIME SO OSCAR CAN CATCH THE CHARGER GAME:thumbsup:

There are other groups that will probably be meeting out there around the same time...so just look for me and alison...it shouldnt be hard to spot us...she is the only one with a pink ninja:thumbsup:

If you're going South on the 805, youre going to exit La Jolla Villiage Dr./Miramar Rd. Make a right. Go straight until you hit a Mobil on your left hand side. I should be there around 815 to 830. Call me on my cel if you have questions. 619.339.1804

Great ride everyone :thumbsup: Today, there were a few firsts:

Girl riders out numbered guy riders....go GURL Power!!!:nutkick:
Our Fearless leader today was Alison; Alison, you ROCKED :banana:
This was Thomas' first group ride; Thomas for someone whom just bought their first bike this past Monday.....you handled yourself incredibly well,especially with our "guests" on the mountain :clap:Lin and Carol, great riding you with you again........been way too long :wub: And Lin, LOVE the new suit..........smokin'

Dude I really wanted to go seeing as I have never really ridden with anyone before (other than my neghbor around the block). My roommate and I went climbing at valley of the moon, which was really cool (right near the mexican border). We had to do some crazy 4x4 driving to get out there though.
