Let me start off by saying that i am just getting back into dirtbiking after almost a three year break to learn to ride sportbikes. I am ok on trails (read i suck:squid: ), and a total noob (read i suck even worse:squid: :squid: ) to motocross! That being said i was real tenative to going to a track i had read about in magizines. I have also seen people flying thru the air  from the freeway as i pass, so i was a little nervous.. Anyway after i got my year membership card i headed out to the vet track (Novice). I asked the first person my age if i was at the right track for being a total noob. The guy was really nice  and confirmed that i was at the easiest track:uhh:  . after watching for about 20 min, i headed out to give it a try.

Being mildly comfortable jumping say 10 feet in distance:embarrass , i found the track very kind to a newbie. Very shortly i was doing some of the tabletops and getting comfortable with the track. The track was fun despite being a little rough. Keep in mind that this is the last day of t-giving break and that pretty much to be expected. By then end of the day i felt comfortable, and was able to jump some of the medium sized tabletops. I also realized that i am completely out of shape! Im sure healing from my encounter with a tree two weeks ago, and the subsequent week in bed on vicadin did not help my fitness level.:lift:

I would highly reccomend this track to anyone looking to getting started in motocross as it seemed to offer something for riders of all levels. The track was watered regularly and there was a corner worker at each track looking over everything.

Yeah, it's a decent track for really any kind of rider. I haven't been there in a few years, but I remember that main track was so fun getting out on it real fast, and hitting some of those big tables or doubles.

Amago is fun! It not to hard to hit all of the jumps there. Cept this one that was closed last time i was there. Its not as hard as elsinore imo..
