Going this saturday, probably pretty early to beat the traffic and plus I have work later. Me and a friend are going (i believe it'll be dec. 3rd). Last time we found how you can take the fast side and connect back to santa ysabel. This time, we're probably going to highland, to ramona, old julian, to santa ysabel, to S1, then th 79 i think it is that, that connects to the fast side of palomar, then do the tight side a few times. Anyone is welcome, preferably not newbs, this isn't a fast paced ride, but we like to keep moving and palomar isn't really for the newer scene. Also, no more than 6 or 7 people. We're probably going to meet up at the shell on I15 side of miramar rode (next to Keith's restaurant) @ ~8-9, I'll fill in the exact details as we get closer.

I'm in. I'm a newb, and depending on how fast you guys go getting up there, I'll probably hang back and meet you guys at the bottom of Palomar. Last Friday we did the slow side then the fast, and I've done it many times in the car (I know, different world and Friday was humbling), so I know what to expect. Also, the fast side on the eastbound lane is covered in sand. West bound looked alright.
Brownbrown, you in?

Don't usually go to fast, just like to keep moving. Maybe in the tight sections, I mean you have a gixxer, I have an F2, so no matter what, I'm not going to be TOO much faster if anything. I'm aware of the sand, there was some on both sides of the mountain going down, thats why I usually go up and down once or twice and scope it out. Anyone else interested?

Looks like we are going to meet @ 8am at the I15 side of miramar road at the shell gas station, clearly obvious, (this is tomorrow, saturday). We'll probably wait around for 15-20mins then head out. Post up or PM if you're in.

I know it's late, but if you guys get this, actually, make sure you are on time or early. I'm meeting my friend at another gas station up the road and I can't wait around long, so if you guys aren't there by like 810, then we HAVE to leave, especially because I have to be at work at 12 later on. Hope to see you there.

Thanks for coming Thomas (nocontrol). Too bad it was so damn cold! Also, if it wasn't so wet, but great nonetheless.

I hope I wasn't slowing you guys up too much. Yeah, I'm a noob but I'm being safe and learning. Great ride. A little cold, and the leathers weren't helping much. Hope to ride with you all soon!

Don't worry, you didn't slow us down much at all, it was nicing stopping for a few moments to stretch, and wait, plus you were never more than just a couple minutes behind. Also eric and I always go out by ourselves so it's always nice to have somebody along with us. Too bad you weren't there brown, but you really didn't miss much except hypothermia temperatures and slick roads, but a relaxed pace fun ride regardless.
