I am going to post up the few pics i got... sorry i suck.. wish as always i would have taken allot more.

First off..... Sean- without you the day wouldn't have been possible, thanks for the last minute tire hook up...you rock bro..

Justice- Thanks for the company, it was great to get to meet ya bro, and thanks for showing me around the track in the dreaded race group:bowdown: .

Charlie and Arnold..it was great watching you guys tear up:rifle: the poor sport group guys.... should have stepped it up to race:squid: !! Maybe next time... but until then!!! thanks for the laughs guys!!

I had such a great time...

Started off scared to be in the race group...i honestly thought i would be in over my head.., thanks to some help from justice on my lines and guys like Shady wizing by me i got up to speed towards the late morning.

I started off runing about 2:25s the first 2 sessions and after having my suspension looked at by the Dude (Dave i think) at Catalyst:thumbsup: my bike finally felt norma, TOTALLY recommend that dude to everyone:cheers: l!!

I think i ended the day averaging 2:10s with a couple high 2:08's in there when i put my head down.. so all in all allot of improvement, i was very pleased!!

Highlights... watching Jeff tiggert lay a smoke rolling 70 yard blackie coming out of turn 2 right in front of me... i swear that dude doesn't have a brake lever on that bike!! and lets not forget the little Rossi Junior out there on the 125 pulling 1:50s....what a seroius ego breaker that little dude was going around the outside of me in Riverside when my knee is down tapped in fourth...i almost threw up in my helmet when he did that!!!

Hope to see ya'll again soon!!

Fun times Jay, Justice, Scott, Charlie, Roger and bro (sorry but I forgot his name) and Shandra-SV!

Another mucho gracias to the cornerworkers too: Rad, Ron, Pete, Sean, Barry and Bret.

Jay, I think I got man handled the last time I was in Race group -9/2 so I figured I'd play it safe in the Sport group.

It was so much fun following Charlie around. I honestly didn't know when to step it up and close the door on ya buddy. I don't know how much this will boost your confidencialness but you were doing good out there.

Jeff Tigert and the 13yr old kid, 2 words or 1 smilie  I don't know whats worse: a young kid on a small bike or a big kid on a big bike!! Either or, both were booking on the track!

Wow,

What a day huh?

Big props to trackdaz for throwing an awesome trackday. Crashes didn't take up too much time with the new red flag rule.

Pete and crew did a great job of keeping us safe. Thanks guys!

It was great to finally meet you Jay and Justice. Jay you crack me up dude. :ha: :ha:

Arnold, what can I say man. I learned a lot from you. When you were leading, I learned your lines. When you were behind me, your shadow kept me thinking about the better line. It was crazy fun. Thanks for the compliment. I remain humble.
Thanks again for the tow up/down. Your truck tows that trailer like there was nothing there. Awesome. Maybe we'll meet up for taco tues and get everything settled.

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

It was cold enough to make it so that the race-group was comprised of two crazy people for the first session with the trackdaz guys going "Racegroup... your clock is ticking. Get out on the track... racegroup". It was great to meet everyone I haven't before, as well as see some old faces. Thanks again for the ride up there Jay and the great stories :). Good times seemed to be had by all with a day light on crashes.

You know what song comes to mind now. . . :guitar: :ha:
My shadow's the only one that walks beside me
My shallow heart's the only thing that's beating
Sometimes I wish some one up there would find me
Till then I walk alone

You know part of me is starting to like Buttonwillow now! :ninja:

Oh yeah, wish I could have stayed for sunday as well. I was able to drop my times a bit on saturday, but not as much as I had hoped. At a craptastic 2:18. Not sure what I'm doing wrong at this point. Oh well, plenty to think about.

well... Like I said.. there are two places at BW where wheelies are excused.. coming out of 2, and the "wheelie jump" (where the wheelie pics are taken)..

I also found that I could wheelie off the bottom of lost hills.... off the first curb in the esses, and even while still leaned over out of turn one..

Last weekend was the most fun Ive had a Buttonwillow. I didnt really like the track that much, but after I got to know it better it grew on me.

Arnold and Charlie- it was awesome watching you guys going at it that whole session. You were both moving really fast and it definitely looked like you were pushing eachother.
Rad- good meeting you this weekend. You got a ton of riding in and it showed. You had one of the smoothest lines through the back sweeper where Sean and I were working
Dustin- you were hauling ass and it was fun to watch, especially those few sessions with Tigert. Sorry about that black flag, just doing what they told us over the radio!!
Jae- too bad we kept missing eachother in the session, next time we'll go at it!
Good times working station 5 Sean and thanks for letting me try out your bike, that thing is friggen loud!

And this kid is fast!

Yeah, this weekend @ BW was definitely a blast. What a fun track! Sunday was better for me than Saturday, for obvious reasons! ;) I think the highlight of the weekend would have to be watching Tigert wheelie out of T1, set it down for T2 and motor thru packs of liter bikes like he was shot out of a cannon.

Can't wait till the next trackday!

Thanks Barry...nice to get feedback as i'm still learning-after all, I just started last March/April:squid:

As for all of us trying to Black Flag Dustin to get back in the pits, the radio chatter was halarious! "Station 1, dustin did not acknowledge....Station 2, he did not acknowledge black flag....Station 3, NOPE....":roflmao:

No Worries about the flag.. It was just Rudy and the guys in the pits messing with me...
I was riding with Brian and Chris.... and had to catch them.. I knew it was all Rudy's doing.. Funny thing was, all 3 of us came into the hot-pit, and quickly wizzed out! I think we still were right around 2 minutes on that lap even with stopping for the black flag!

Buttonwillow was cool. Good to see you people. It was fun doing a pair of sessions on Saturday (thanks Dustin). Sunday wasn't as cold or wet in the morning, but not as sunny.
