we'll go over details at the meeting on thursday and start planning things over the next three weeks. Most of it is just getting stuff like the canopy and fliers and stuff ready - i can get that done. The rest is just having people volunteer to sit at the table and tell ppl what we're all about. People that want to bring bikes should get there early its preferable to have them in PC by 8am so there's not bikes rolling in and out constantly... but we've never gotten in trouble for that. we'll talk about rules later...

I can be there 11am until clean up...I think. I have a lab due wednesday, so I might just bring out my laptop and do it there with a lot of breaks in between...if that's okay.

Everyone is welcome to bring their bikes into pc. Just make sure you roll your bike in after getting off the road!! DO NOT RIDE IT IN!!! I repeat DONT RIDE IT In!!!! Also make sure your bike isn't dripping any liquids of any kind. We need to keep a clean record with the school for future purposes.

Damn it, i forgot about the books! I'll try AAA tomorrow. I went to Buymoto and got banner, ramp, and dvds. We need a canopy!!!!! Brian says he doesn't know where they put theirs. Does anyone have a canopy we can borrow?

The AAA office is closed. I'll try monday if they are open. Last thing is we need a canopy, I think i have a T-mobile one, you guys think that'll work? LOL.

Here's the summary from Thursday's Meeting:
PC Show Tuesday February 21, 2006
Purpose: letting people know about us, answering questions for new riders and people interested in the club

Rules:
-Any bike welcome
-No dripping fluids
-Bikes OFF once on the sidewalk
-Park on concrete circle
-Preferable if it arrives at 8am and leaves at 5pm to decrease in and out traffic

Things we have:
Bi-Ying: TV, speakers, CD player, power strip, fliers/handouts
Matt (motofuzzle): rear stand, VCR
Lan (simplylan): DMV books, extension cord
Michael Chiou: laptop
Dop (dopey750): banners, ramp, DVDs, canopy (Tmobile better than nothing)
Joel (travolin): PS2......
From the meeting, there are only 7 people bringing in bikes
anyone that wasnt at the meeting are still welcome to bring theirs, we want as many as possible!!

Things we still need:
-Music! anything you like... can plug ipods/cd player into my speakers
-MotoGP game for PS2... if no one has this we can rent from blockbusters

Tabling time:
Dop posted up all the times that people will be at the table, it looks like we might be cleaning up at 4 instead of 5 because that's when most people are leaving

Cars:
Lan (simplylan), Dop (dopey750), and Senthil (AWP) have cars and can transport things the morning of the show. If you're bringing anything that you cant put in your backpack please PM them and arrange pickup/drop off so they get there for sure. Joel (Travolin) can also transport things that morning but not until around 10:30.

hey guys!!! i finally got insurance on my "new" (used) R6 so i'll be showing up at 8am to walk my bike and park it in there - free parking! *SCORE* =P
