Hey everyone, I'm new here. I'm in San Diego for a few months working on a project. Just thought I'd post up and say hi and see if there was anything going on in the beautiful city. If anyone would like to ride or show me around town, that would be awesome. My screenname is childfromthewest@hotmail.com

Oh, and a bit about my bike, I have on 05 636, green with a few little extras!

Oh, sorry, read it too fast/wrong. I've heard from a couple different people that the RR screams more on the top end than the 636. Always sounded like a REALLY fun bike!

Society billards is a billard on pacific beach (garnet street). Last time I was there we met every wednesday evening for bike night. The food there is pretty decent and its a great way to meet all the hardcore hypercycles riders.

btw I was just in edmonds yesterday because I was picking my bike up from Lynnwood Cycle barn from being serviced.

Lynwood cycle burn? I hate that place! it used to be the biggest dealer I had ever seen then I moved to SoCal. the FBC is crazy. Do they get to mark up the prices per square foot? Just a guess.....

yeah when I moved here in feb '04 I didn't know any better and I bought my zx9r from them. They are so overpriced its just criminal. I am going to post an email that I have been bouncing with the sales manager the last couple of days.

story: I forwarded an OTD quote from lacycle and told him that is the price I wanted and since then he has been arguing with me. I am just yanking him, I aint going to buy another bike from that stealership!!!!
