Well, Here is what I said...I got an email for a Fairing stay from a guy on an R6 board...for $40 but it is cracked at the bottom bolt. This guy says it will not pose a problem but I do not know much about that stuff so what do you think? On ebay its $158 but I do not want to spend $198 ya know

Well Shaun,it's up to you! A crack could possibly lead to other things later on. If the crack isn't too bad, you could probably bring it to a local welder and have him bulletproof it just in case! My .02!

Frick that.... no crack.... that means the thing has already been through hell... it is possibly warped or something... HOLD OUT... I rode my baby around wiht no gauges or nothign for the longesdt time because I was not about to get raked over the coals on this BS.... WAIT WAIT WAIT
