UCSD Admit Day Saturday 4/8/06

Admit Day is coming up at UCSD, prospective students come visit our campus and see what it has to offer.

Saturday, April 8, 2006
10am - 2pm

Hopefully we can find enough people willing to help out so we can have someone at our table at all times during these four hours. We should show up with fliers/brochures, kind of like PC show, tell them about our club what we do, and most likely most of them wont have their license or a bike yet so we should be geared toward giving them information on how to learn and what they need to get started. Unfortunately, SOLO says there are too many clubs and people out that day to allow us to bring any bikes. I think it would be nice to have a canopy, and some gear on display ie back protectors, boots, jackets, suits etc.

Anyone interested please post up and if possible post what time you will be able to help out. Thanks!

well... i'll have fliers and stuff made out, so anyone that wants to go just has to smile and wave, and maybe talk a little :)

Check in is 9:40-9:55am she says "please be prompt" and "orgs are expected to stay the entire time"
"Please check your organization at the student org check in table in front of the fountain on Library Walk. Orgs will be placed along Library Walk in alphabetical order."

we get charged a minor $5 fee if we dont show up (unless it rains)
but no fee if we leave early ;)

I really hope we can get at least two people out there so no one is lonely or too bored for the entire 4 hours
