I made an offer to a young lady that graduated from UCSD but decided to follow her heart and be with her boyfirend in another city (hope it was worth it)
So I'm looking for another Chemical or Mechanical Engineer.
Engineer II - # 3921 apply on-line at our career center www.ga.com
This position will assist in the preparation of design documents and drawings related to mechanical equipment for projects within Advanced Process Systems. The position will be responsible for modifying Process Flow Diagrams, interfacing with designers to update intelligent P&IDs, updating existing data sheets, updating existing electrical interconnection drawings, updating system design descriptions and preparing specifications. Other duties include review and update of calculations and the possibility of participating in factory equipment testing and integrated system testing.

A little off-topic, but you guys have the coolest cafeteria at General Atomics...it reminds me old-school star trek, and the workers are cool. That's all...stop looking at me like that.

That's funny, I usually talk about how much I eat there-Deli Bar, salad bar, potato bar, taco bar, all you can eat breakfast, 2 main entrees for lunch + more than you think any college cafeteria can offer. Cracks me up:thumbsup:

let me know when you have an opening for a Software engineer with an MBA in technology Management and alot of DoD experience. I might want to leave the DoD if things get more boring.

I would keep an eye out for those positions. They pop up often since we do get busy. I did fill that designer position you are speaking of.

Casey,
See if there is a job that interests you www.ga.com. But send me your resume anyway. I don't have a position requiring a Physics degree but you never know with our fusion/fission group.

haha...yeah is some cases. GA Aeronautical System's Predator beat out the Northrups Hunter Program for the Army. That was the competition. Northrup and GA don't really compete in any other programs. But Northrup has some fun, elaborate x-mas party's in high end places that I love going to and recruiting people:thumbsup: My date always wondered why I was gone and talking to so many people that night :ha:
