**This will not take longer than an hour as I want to get out asap also... hopefully no longer than an hour so show up on time!!!

Post up if you can make it... the main purpose of this mtg is to get started to get ready for our club for next year

Reserved a room, all rooms in sungod lounge including Ballroom B were taken it will be in BERKELEY ROOM which is also 2nd floor price center, above the food places.

Seeing how this meeting is 2 days before my MCAT... I may or may not show up
Thanks guys for taking initiative, im glad the club is starting up again, i WILL be planning another maintenance day soon, hopefully it wont rain on this one. Just been waiting till my test is over and i have more free time...

Some specifics you might want to mention or get settled:

1. direction of club
Who is going to keep this going next year so that it doesnt die over summer break
The next meeting - when? lets try to flier for this one and hopefully get some new members. Possibly have it go hand in hand w/a bike night ie baskin robbins/boba/starbucks and/or another group ride.

2. handling responsibility and making officer positions
Positions that should be considered
**Treasurer - I went to SOLO last quarter and asked them about funding, Senthil has gone to the mandatory financial aid seminar that's required, I'm not allowed to do any of the money stuff because I graduated and am no longer a registered student, apparently there are some more steps we need to take and things to organize before they'll give us money. Whoever's willing to do this please PM me and i'll give you senthil's number or email and you can ask him more about it.
**Public Relations - making fliers and posting them around campus is time consuming so it would be nice to have maybe a PR officer that gets things started and have everyone else in the club help with things if possible.

3. spring pc show
**Someone needs to go to the SOLO office and blue form the PC show, I think it might have to be a principle member soooooo either I or senthil will do it, just need to know a day, i think it was concluded earlier that tuesdays or thursdays there were more ppl at school than MWF

The Berkeley Room is on the 2nd floor to the right of Shogun and the pool place if you're facing the entrance of Shogun... we'll try to have signs or somethin like that to lead the way
