Hello hypercycles members! Have any of you ever worked for a copy center like Kinkos, mail box etc, or a copy club? If so, I have a position that just opened up here @ GA www.ga.com (job #4073). It's going to pay btwn $17-$18/hr, for full time. Needs to be familiar with high speed xerox equipment.

Reprographic Technician - # 4073
This position is located at General Atomics in La Jolla. The person selected will be working under immediate oversight of senior Reprographic Technician and general supervision of Publications Manager, sets up and operates high-speed color and black and white copiers to produce, from both electronic files and hard copies, reports, presentation booklets and a myriad of printed documents supporting company projects and departments. Scans varying sizes of engineering documents to output as hardcopy or electronic files for storage on various media including web-based document storage and retrieval programs. Assists in bindery area and supports peers in varying aspects of print shop activities such as cutting stock, collating printed materials, drilling, binding and folding.
Typically this position requires a High school diploma and five or more years of printing experience in a corporate environment. Additional printing experience may be substituted in lieu of education. Minimum of 3 or more years of relevant experience with print shop activities specifically related to high-speed Xerox equipment or equivalent types of duplicators. Absolutely must be familiar with and comfortable working on cross-platform projects, i.e. Macintosh (running OSX Jaguar and above), and Windows 2000, NT and XP.
