We need some help to have some people at our info booth to pass out flyers and just advertise for our GBM (General Body Meeting) and the PC Show

We will have the booth from 9am-3pm
so if you could post up the times that you are available to just stay at the booth and pass out flyers and talk to any interested potential members, that would be awesome....

FYI- GBM is 5/25 @ Berkeley Room
PC show is 5/31

I can depending on what it involves. As far as transportation, I only have my bike, so I won't be able to bring anything that won't fit in my bag.

New 750 eh? Well I don't know if we still got the okay for bikes on library walk yet.

And I think the only thing we need in order to set up is just for someone to check in with EDNA (correct me if I'm wrong b/c I'm not 100% sure) They should be able to provide you with a table if you leave them your ID card, and then just set that up with some flyers.

If you guys are interested, we have free Friction Zone magazines you can use as handouts for the info booth as well. Lemme know if you are interested... I'll create a BuyMoto.com student discount coupon to attach to it as well. If you have info ready for the Hypercycles @UCSD club you would like to attach to the cover that would be good for the new members too.

yeah bodmaster that sounds like a really good idea. attaching a discount coupon to our flyer/ any kind of hand out will keep people's attention and actually keep them following up for our club, so they'll return to the pc show, meetings, etc...

Bryant - That idea sounds great! We have a flyer that Bi made and I just took it and changed the date and location of the meeting. Will that work?

Also, we're going to need someone who is currently a principle member to go to imprints and make copies of the flyer. Thanks!

Were you actually on the list, you will be for next year, but I don't know about currently? I know Senthil had some other people sign up as principle members at the beginning of the year just so he can submit the form in. Our names have to be on that specific list in order to get the discount at imprints.

We got the banner, some dyno fliers from BuyMoto, DMV booklets, Friction Zone Magazines...and I think Joe has printed out the club meeting/info fliers. And I think Joe and Dop will be there tomorrow to help set up. Just bring yourself, and if you're riding bring your gear and leave it at the booth to make it look more eye catching. :thumbsup:
