Anyone doing the Camp Pendelton Mud Run?

nope. haven't done it before.
did you train at all? just wear tight fitting stuff so the mud doesn't bog you down...

and if by training you mean sitting around in front of the computer, then yes. I go to the gym 3 or so times a week, but its mostly strength training. Play bball and tennis a couple time a week

oh... i would've done a lot more cardio.
like RUN. i've been running approx. 20 miles a week, give or take.
and lifting on top of that.

don't lose your shoes while doing the obstacle coarses and if you wear contacts....bring swim goggles. I wouldn't buy new shoes....you're gonna toss them when you're done. Remember, if you're with a team, you need to cross all at once! GOOD LUCK!
