Looking for a guy who needs a room for the summer to share a room with my roomate. Were all easy going guys in the apartment, most of us are gone during the days for work and just play Smash Bros Melee at night.
$420/month includes utilities/cable/wireless. I am totally flexible when you want to move in/out and will pro-rate to the day.
Start renting and move in as early as Sunday June 18th. And stay till as late as mid-September.
Room comes with Bed, Desk, and Chair for you. Not much storage room, so no subletters who want to use the apartment as a storage bin for the summer! Room comes furnished for you!
