People who know me, know I am here on travel from WA. I was here last summer carving canyons and now I am here doing track days (and going broke). August 12, 2006 (WSIR) will most likely be the last time anyone here hears from me again, but I got my wish to come here (Summer 2006) and log some track time.
I left last summer before MotoGP 2005, it almost killed me. While I was living in DC I was the first to buy MotoGP 2006 tickets because I knew no matter what I was not going to miss this event again.
I first planned to ride south with my PNW riders in caravan (one I missed last year), but this year it looks like we are meeting at the track instead. Sleeping next to my machine, eating junk food for 3 days and screaming for our heroes; it’s going to be amazing.
Were all just speed junkies, some of us get further than others because of privileges and/or talent on 2 wheels; the fact remains that there is a part of us that is the same and it’s that part between the ears.
Anyone care to roll NORTH with me?
