Hong Kong in the near future

O.k Hypercycles peeps I need your help on this one, I am still on deployment and their is a slight chance of a Hong Kong visit. I have heard rumors that you can get a good set of racing leathers over in Hong Kong, I don't know if this is true, but does anyone know exactly where? or maybe just some parts (i.e. tires, sprockets, exhaust, rotors, chain ect, ect). I will be home in mid August so hope to see you all then. Take care and ride safe.

I visited Hong Kong! Lots of electronics there....very cheap!

Not sure about where, but check in the Cowloon area. Just on the other side of the bay. 20 mins on a ferry.

If you're really adventurous, you could take the subway out to the Sham Shui Po area. Lots of shopping out there!

GixxerKing, I was in Hong Kong (deployment also) about a year ago and I looked all over the place for leathers and other bike goodies and couldnt find anything. Of course I stopped looking by afternoon and started drinking but that's beside the point. I don't now if you are on a big ship but we have a guy on ours (USS HIGGINS) that was the ships translater for the locals there. I hung out with him for some of the day and had him use his magical powers to translate for me. We still didn't find anything though. Good luck and get back safe.
