That's cause the only bikes I ever see in Cleveland are Katanas-who would want to steal one of those? And, even if you wanted, who the hell can lift a can-o-tuna?
Of course, the areas with the most bikes are the areas most likely to get bikes stolen, and the least crashed one in the places with the least bikes and a riding season that is approximately 1.7 hours long... There aren't so many bikes back in Amish country :P
I just wanna know, when you steal a bike in Hawaii, WTF do you take it? You're on a fricken island!

Yeah Ohio gets off easy because i tis sooo effing cold out there. You can only steal bikes like 3 months out of the year unless you're digging in people's garages.

Thats funny how hawaii is #1, such a tiny place yet where do all the bikes go. I'm sure they go to a chop shop or straight to the docks. Just glad my bike wasn't stolen when I lived there.
