We haven't recieved our tickets in the mail yet so we gave them a call, turns out they had a printer malfunction for a couple of days worth of tickets. If you haven't recieved yours yet you may wanna give laguna seca a call. They said that those not mailed are in will call at one of the hotels there. FYI.
