I had my brother in-law airbrush a tribal gecko on my front fender and another friend of mine put in a paint booth when he had a car in tere and cleared it for me I really like it. It is my way of personalizing my bike.

why didnt you just pay $5 and have some vinyl guy cut one out for u?

Cause I wanted something with more significance and meaning than just cutting a sticker and placing it on my bike. This was something that my brother in-law took time to create and airbrush. It allows me to show my pride in his art on my bike. and to create a sticker like that and to have it cut would cost a little more than $5.00. because of size youd be lookign at around $20.00 - $30.00 Thanks yamaharyder9 and usmc600rr. I am glad you like. I love geckos. I grew up with them runing wild back home in Hawaii and I have had them as pets ever since I left home. My friends started calling me gecko cause of this so it kinda stuck wit me and has been my theme with everything.

did they just stencil it out with masking tape and then airbrush? Or was it freehanded on?

He laid masking tape on the fender and freehand drew it on the masking tape and then cut the masking tape to reveal the gecko to be airbrushed.

yeah he does. in fact we had a helmet that he airbrushed cleared at the same time my fender was being cleared.

Think you'ld be able to get him to do a little job for the G/F's bike? She's wanting a scorpion in the same place as your gecko. I'll show you if you show up on Thursday/Friday...
