I've been having a lot of trouble staying logged in also. In addition to this my computer has changed the hypercycles home page on my favorites list. So that when I would click on the hypercycles link it would take me to some random site, and still have the hypercycles.org URL. ?????????

I have been fooling with my settings on the computer. It's still really weird though!

what????

Louis can you elaborate?

The short cut link under my "favorites" list on my computer. I have the Hypercycles home page on there so I don't have to type in the link. It has never happened before, but more than once lately (past 1-2 weeks) the link has been taken over by another page.

So I will be taken to a page advertising some B.S, and the Hypercycles.org will appear as their home page.

It has even happened once or twice when I have been logged in and trying to reply to posts. Everything is fine now and it is probably just my computer. It has never happened before though? My computer has been getting hit very hard lately with pop-ups and other crap of that nature:mad:   .

Sounds like your browser has been highjacked. Does it redirect you to the same page always, or is it random pages.

Do this.....if you haven't already.....

1. Download Ad-aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/)
(follow the links to download, then install)

2. Start program, click the globe in the upper-right corner and update the dat file.

3. Click Start in the bottom-right of Ad-aware window -> make sure "activate in depth scan" is checked -> click next and it will scan your computer for spyware and other bull*#@!.

4. It will most likely find multiple files and registry keys. Put a checkmark next to all of them and they will be deleted.

5. Stop going to porn sites. ;) j/k

There's a chance it won't work, though. My browser got highjacked a couple weeks ago. Ad-aware and antivirus didn't find it. I had to manually delete it's keys from the registry and remove dll's to get rid of it. Good luck.

GPtechman, sounds like you're having cookie issues. Try deleting your cookies first.....

Assuming you're using Internet Explorer.....
1. Click 'Tools' -> 'Internet Options'
2. Click 'Delete Cookies' -> 'OK'
3. Click 'Delete Files' -> 'OK'
4. Goto Hypercycles page -> login -> close browser -> go back to hypercycles and see if you have to log in again.

If you do, you may be blocking cookies, or forcing session cookies.

Thanks Bill! The scan took out all kinds of junk software in my computer. I appreciate the advice bro:D !

Hope that fixed you up, LV_styles. Like I said, it may not have removed everything, though. Keep an eye on it and if it continues, let me know. May have to take off the gloves to fight this one. :) BTW, if you have antivirus software, update it and run a full system scan as well. :D
