There have been questions on how to post avatars so I thought I'd put up a step-by-step guide. Here goes.

From the "Forums" area, click on "User Panel". It's at the top of the page.

From here, click on "Edit Options".

Okay, now scroll down to the bottom. See that "Change Avatar" button? Click on that.

Okay so now you have a choice to make. You can either link to a picture on the web or upload a one from your computer. If you want to link from the web, enter that photo's web address i.e. www.touchmymonkey.com/chimpy.jpg where it says "You can enter an URL of your avatar". If you have a picture on your computer that you want to post, then click the "Browse" button, look for your photo and add it. Once you're done, then click the "Submit Modifications" button at the bottom. Remember, your avatar can't be more than 150x150 pixels. You'll need photo editting software to resize your picture. Microsoft's Paint program can resize them.

If you're wondering where you can get pictures, Google.com has an "Images" search area. Just type in 'Rossi' or 'Austin Powers' or whatever photo that you're looking for and it will come up. After you've brought up the picture that you want, right mouse click and do a 'Save Picture As...'. Then you can edit/resize it and post it up here on Hypercycles. Good luck!
