What's your opinion on steel braided brake lines? Are they worth it and how hard is it to blead the brakes yourself? Is it better to do front and rear or just the front brake lines?

It's not hard to bleed. Steel braided is definately worth it especially during the hot summer months say on Palomar or at the racetrack. The difference in braking performance is practically night and day. Rubber lines tend to expand when the brake fluid gets hot... steel braided lines help prevent the lines from expanding thus maximizing your braking system's hydraulic efficiency.

Steel braided lines get rid of brake fade. A speed bleeder will help if you have one.

Word, I actually found the secret hook up that will have such a bleeder in due time. Shhhhhh don't tell anyone about this place. It's called Buymoto, and all the true players from far and wide go there to get dialed in.
