I was told this should be somthing that I learn ASAP.

Does anyone know a website that has the pictures and description?

Or can anyone just explain it on this thread.

First, the universal ones:
Left arm straight out, or kinda pointing to your left: Left Turn or left lane change.
Left arm out parallel to the ground, bent up at the elbow 90 degrees (point to the sky): Right turn.

Mostly universal:
Tap the top of your helmet: Cop.
Point to your gas cap: I need gas.
Thumbs up: Everything is ok. (e.g., that guy that was behind you waved me passed. He didnt crash. You can keep going.)
Devil horns: This ride fawkin roxorz my boxorz, y0.
