UCSD Price Center Show (Tue Oct. 17)

When: Tuesday, October 17th, 2006 UCSD Price Center
Time: 10:00am - 3:00pm

It's that time again folks. For those that don't know, it's when we all give you free motorcycle parking with security for the day right in the middle of Price Center. :thumbsup: So in order to have this event work, we need a few people to help table the booth, and maybe bring a TV, video games, easy-up, ramps and of course you bikes.

Post up if you're interested in helping out or would like more information on this event. :nerd: NOTE: If you're bringing your bike on campus, you must cut the engine and walk/coast your bike in once you are no longer on the steet. Thanks.

Question, I'll be heading up that day...but How would one get there since the front of Price Center is closed due to contruction? Is there another route to get there?

i know you can go through the back where regents shuttle used to stop and the roll through that way into PC next to roundtable

and jiyea, i'll be down to help out, my xbox is busted (tried to mod it unsucessfully) but i got a few controllers I could bring. definately down to bring my bike in as well and work the booth when not in class.

Here's a little map.

So the schedule is

Set up at 10am
Clean up at 3pm

I'll be there at 10 to help set up but I have class 11-3:30 :cry: . Please post up on the times in which you can be at the booth to pass out flyers etc etc. Also, if someone could provide us with the following items:

DMV Booklets
Hypercycles Banner
Ramp
EZ-up
TV?
Games or DVD player
Munchies?

Joe- Do we still have a box filled with the fliers and DMV booklets?
Jae & Bryant - May we borrow the banner for this day?
Matt- Are you going to be DJ-ing? If so, what do you think you will need? If you need any equipment we need to request it from tech.

I can get some fliers on how to get a motorcycle license. There were so many people that asked how to get that last time. I get out of class at 9:20 that day, so I can get down there and help out if needed. I do have to work at 12:30 though.
